– A virtual bank account use in the internet used for e-commerce.

Requirements:
–   18 years old and above.
–   E-mail address
–   Master or Visa or Credit card

Steps:
1. Visit https://www.alertpay.com/?%2bJYSbdNmG%2bgs52XTQgZW%2fw%3d%3d
2. Click Sign Up now and fill out the form and answer the information being asked.
