All transactions now will be based on Pag-IBIG Membership Identification Number (MID). But for the information of everyone, you cannot get your MID number if you will not have a Registration Tracking Number (RTN).
To get the RTN, you may go online at Pag-IBIG eServicesĀ and select “Membership Registration”.
Please take note while you are filling out the online registration form that the options on inputting the residential address and the like, you might need assistance where it seems there is no note on how to input the address. To fix this, click “Get ZIP code” in order to get the town/city together with the province.
The inputting of information of address by clicking the HyperLink after it is the same with the occupation, and employer’s address. After completing all the required fields in the form, it is advisable that you should review it by clicking the “Review” button. Once you are decided, click “Submit” and you will be redirected to the “Successful Registration Page” which giving you additional instructions for you to take note and it is mandatory that you should print the file or hit “File>Save As>” to save it in your USB flashdrives and have it printed later. Take note again of this (click picture to enlarge):
While waiting for your MID number, you need this Printed Form in your transactions to Pag-IBIG fund. You will receive also an SMS message from Pag-IBIG about your successful registration.

- Before going through Online Application, you should know your TIN# and (SSS/GSIS Number).
- If you are cyberphobic (Afraid of using computer), you need to accomplish a form in any branch of Pag-IBIG fund.
- All of the members (old and new), including those who have already their Pag-IBIG number are required to apply for the MID number.

Sabi ng pagibig po ay lahat ng previous contributions will be reflected into our respective records as long as our employer remit our contributions. There were instances kasi na may mga employer na hindi nireremit mga contributions ng mga employees nila especially those for contractuals, and temporary status.

If you want to change your information, as per others’ experience, we should go to the nearest pagibig branch and get the ID card where as SECURITY code was there which we could use online to update our pagibig profile information including that benefeciary field.

But if you forgot it, you can retrieve that page by using the computer where you applied for your RTN, and go to the browser’s history. Just take note when did you apply for you to find the link easily. Hope I’d help you.

When I go to pag-ibig, nirequire nila ako na mgregister ng MID number, eh mahaba pila sa office nila, kaya ngOnline na lang ako. Mas mabilis po ang online application.

1. To get the hardcopy, use the computer where you registered with your RTN, go to the browser’s history and locate the date.
2. You may go to Pagibig Fund office, and present your RTN number. This is the only way to get your MID number. They can use their systems to locate your account and give you your MID number.

If not, I think you can get also your MID# by giving your MID application form that you have printed online into your respective pagibigfund office.

March 9, 2013 at 9:31 PM (12 years ago)It’s normal that we commit errors. By the way, you can text ur RTN# to get your MID number, and you may change your info later on. After which you have your MID#, you may be provided by a security pin via the branch.
I never visited Pag-ibig branch to get my ID for me to update my information too.

April 17, 2013 at 2:47 PM (12 years ago)Pasensiya sir, na-mislook ko comment mo. Kapag may MID number na po kayo, that’s the time you can change the information. If I am not mistaken, the MID Card will be given from where your company is remitting the contributions of your PagIbig.
Sa pagchange po sir ng info, you need the security code which is located from the MID card.

Andito ako ngayon sa Pilipinas at gusto ko sanang e-cope up ang bayaran ko for the previous months mag-mula nang umalis ako sa Pinas. Pero ang problema wala akong RTN no. Gusto ko sana e-check kung yung 300 na ibinayad ko last year is na credited ba yun. Resibo lang kasi ibinigay sa amen sa POEA. At nawala ko pa ang resibo. Wala kasi akong maalala na RTN no na ibinigay.

Since it is a system, it should detect that it is a duplication and it might display your RTN#. The last option is calling their customer hotline or the web administrator handling the online registration. I hope this helps.

Sayang yung naibigay ninyong 100 pesos kasi wala kang complete information na binigay sa kanila or even resibo po na patunay na may inihulog po kayo. I think you can still be a member even you are at canada. Pwede naman siguro ang mother mo ang maging member na lang at ikaw ang financer, or ikaw po ang magmember at mother mo na lang ang nagbabayad galing sa pinapadala mo.

But in essence, you may not have a copy of it since you have submitted it online after successful registration. By the way, if you want to have a copy of it, you can have it by viewing it using your security code that is located in the MID card given by the PagIbigFund.

If only you wanted to change any information from your profile via online, that’s the only reason that you should get your security code w/c is from the card that will be given in the PagIbigFund branches where your Company pays for your contributions.

May 3, 2013 at 2:00 PM (11 years ago)balikan nyo lang po yung computer na ginamit nyo. open the browser that you have used (ex: internet explorer or firefox) then go to the history (press alt+v, and select history), and last is look for the website taking note the date when you visit it (pagibigfund.gov.ph)

And my contributions, however they told me to register online for me to update my Memberās Data Form. So i did, and a tracking number just sent to me. Im just confuse so pagkaregister ko dun at pagkabigay sakin ng tracking number my new pagibig number ako nakuha ?Wala na yung una kong pagibig number?? Naguguluhan lng talga ako . Salamat sa pagsagot

Yung last ko pong hulog eh year 2008 pa when I was working in the Philippines, but 3 years ko pong hinulugan yun since 2005. Gusto ko po sana ituloy ung contribution ko with the same MID. Is there any way to retrieve my MID number to any of the options dun https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/ ?
If I’m not mistaken, ung text message na matatanggap to get the RTN is available only for those first timer na ngregister online. Please help po.

May 14, 2013 at 4:58 PM (11 years ago)As far as I can recall. All members either old or new are required to apply for MID number. Ako po eh 7 years na sa service, pero nag-apply pa rin po ako.
Please apply online po and have it printed when you have accomplished the online form. About po dun sa contributions nyo, it will be counted but consider to pay one time big contribution considering all previous months you haven’t remitted any contributions.

RTN# naman nakuha ko online, and after 3 days ung MID number ko nakuha ko na via text after following the instructions.

May 26, 2013 at 4:53 AM (11 years ago)Ahm. So it means mam, you have 2 different RTN #s,… I can’t answer you accurately with that madam. But as far as IT is concern, their system should reject your 2nd application since you have already registered. The only lacking is, you haven’t get your MID number yet by texting them the syntax “ID stat etc etc”.
Well, since the system accepts your application, I think no problem with that. It’s their problem. Just don’t forget your RTN , and text them the syntax to get your MID#. Keep your RTN# and MID# later.

May 26, 2013 at 4:50 AM (11 years ago)If I am not mistaken, before you should have a Transaction Card, you should have a tracking number. As far as I can remember, we will apply first online for the RTN, after which, we will be provided a MID#, and lastly is the transaction card.
BTW, to your question. YAP sir, new member ang option if first time to have a RTN.

I think you will not be given another/different RTN since you have registered it already. Maybe you should call their hotline for that inquiry.

Updating information can be done if you have already the card if I am not mistaken since the website needs the code which is located only to your card given by the pagibig. Hmf. Ako wala pa rin card, hindi pa kasi ako nagpunta sa branch ng pagibig if pano makuha yung card.

To retrieve that need ko pa tumawag sa employer ko or sa customer service ng Pag-ibig. Wala po ba silang system na automatic mareretrieved yung mga ganung information gaya ng sa SSS.

As far as I can understand, nakapag-apply ka na online for the RTN and you received your MID# pero now nakalimuta mo? hmmm… please read my previous replies to other members on this page. Scroll down na lang po- there were steps I provided here on how to recover/retrieve your rtn#, a number that will give you your mid#.
But if you never register online, please do register for a “new member” to get an RTN# and later you will get your MID# after following the steps. Please don’t forget to print the last page/completed registration form. Huwag po ma-confuse, all required to register as “new member” regardless of member status. It means, kahit matagal nang member, “new member” ang apply-an online. Do not worry with the contributions, it will be updated to your new RTN/MID# later on as what pagibig agent told me.

Ang mid number po ay nakukuha pag may RTN# po kayo, even nag-update kyo ng record, the same pa rin naman po yung RTN# right? kahit ilang beses gamitin ang MID# requesting via SMS as long as 1 RTN# lang, the same at the same pa rin ang MID# na ibibigay. In your case, you should use the first one, and that’s I think more accurate. By the way, pwede nyo po makita if kung saan pumapasok yung mga contributions ninyo. Just visit any pag-ibig branch at inquire kayo sa records nyo. Pls don’t forget yung RTN# at ung dalawang MID# na sinasabi nyo.

Meron na kasi akong existing pag ibig transaction card & mid number galing sa current employer ko, pero ang surname ko dun ay nung single pa ko, so nung nag pa update ako ng status ko diretcly sa branch ng pag ibig I asked them kung paano kukuha ng bagong pag ibig transaction card na akala ko e pag ibig ID, to make the story short they gave me a new (ID) transaction card. Nagtataka lang ako kasi upon comparison nung card ko nung single pa ko at ung card ko ngaun under my married name mag kaiba ung PAGIBIG MID number ko as well as ung security code ko. AS IN. So my question is tama ba na kapag nagpalit ng apelido pati ung MID number as well as ung security code napapalitan din? Ngaun hindi din alam ng HR namin kung alin na ang susundi at kung tama ba nag papalit din ang MID number??? Thank you in advance hope clear ung scenario.

Now, they implement a new scheme to have easy transactions to any gov’t agency is to have a unique code that can be use in many government agencies like pagibig, sss, gsis, bir, etc. And that was Pagibig MID number.
About your question. As long as all contributions from your previous number are reflected to the new one which you are using now, there’s no problem at all. You should use the new one and disregard the old one. Please read also my comment to another person which somewhat related case.

1. If android phone po gamit nyo, pwede po kayo download ng phonebook recovery. or
2. Punta po kayo sa computer na ginamit nyo noon pgapply online. at search nyo po sa browser’s history yung date na bumisita kayo ng pagibig. makikita nyo po yung page dun ng successful registration na kung saan nandun yung rtn nyo at pwede nyo print.

You might receive 2 different MID number also since in every RTN# there is a unique MID number. Select between the two rtn# and text them the syntax para isang MID number lang mareceive mo. At yun po ang ibigay nyo sa Accounting dept po ninyo.

June 8, 2013 at 4:06 PM (11 years ago)Kung nagdededuct po yung dating employer niyo? Eto po two cases, ibinabayad naman kaya nila? kung ibinayad nila, may pagibig number po kayo. You can verify it po sa pagibig office na malapit sa inyo at makita niyo. If ever wala po, please have a certification from pagibig na wala kayong name at walang contributions na niremit yung dating company niyo. With that, you have the right to refund or protest na maihulog lahat ng naideduct po sa inyo.

To get the MID#, you should have an RTN#. Both RTN# and MID# should be given to your respective company as basis for paying contributions.

Option 2. try nyo po gumamit ng ibang cp# dito sa pinas. Maybe it’s better to ask one of your relative to do it for you, just follow the correct syntax in sending the RTN for you to know the MID#.
Option 3. dapat maedit po yung cp# na nilagay nyo sa application. ask one of your relative to visit the pagibig branch maybe for the requesting of the MID# na lang.

As per instruction, you should know first your RTN# w/c you can get at the end of online application. By the way, you should check the computer browser’s history where you might recover your MDF. Go to VIEW menu of your browser and open history, search for pagibigfund, and search for the date when you process your application. NOTE: the computer should be the one you used during the online application.

Maybe it is better po na magpunta po kayo sa pagibig branch na malapit sa inyo, at inquire po kayo for the contributions under your name. If wala pong ma-trace na record niyo, then you can write your previous company for that problem or request for the refund of your total contribution na hindi naman nila ibinayad (i experienced this already from gsis).
You may apply now online to get your RTN number and MID number following instructions in this page para maibigay niyo na po sa new employer ninyo.

1. NSO birthcertificate problem. Your mother can have late registration in her respective municipality.
2. Via online, you can update your profile information, but you need your RTN# and a security code which you can found in your pagibig ID given by the nearest pagibig branch.
3. Getting MID#. Please text them using the correct syntax. Baka namali lang syntax kaya hindi sila nagrereply.

Please use the computer again, go to view>history or tools>history and search for the date na nagregister po kayo. Look for the website links about pagibig and you might see that page.

Dapat naPrint nyo po yun at na-take note yung RTN #. And that RTN# is your passes to get the MID number by texting them using the syntax given on this page.

Pls follow instructions on this page on how to get your MID number. Pls take note your RTN# and save the last page confirmation of registration. After that, follow the syntax of texting pagibig for you to get your MID#.

July 6, 2013 at 4:30 PM (11 years ago)If i’m not mistaken po, we, gov’t employees are all required to apply for RTN/MID#. The old pag-ibig number will be disregarded. The new name to be used which is for both GSIS, PhilHealth, SSS, Pagibig and others was MID#.

I have also an old pagibig number, but because of the government policy that all are required to enroll online for the new format of pagibig number which is now called as pagibig MID number. The new MID number must be given to your accounting department, and they will be the one to submit it at pagibig branch.

August 17, 2013 at 6:43 AM (11 years ago)Maraming pong cases na ganyan mam, at nangyari po sa akin yan. You have the right to know your SSS number, MID number, TIN # at kung ano pang kinakaltas sa suweldo mo.
Kung may copy po kayo ng PaySlip nyo, mas maganda. Go to your respective agency to inquire if naihuhulog/naibabayad ng employer mo yung kinakaltas sa iyo. If hindi gaya ng nangyari sa akin, you can’t do anything about it to have your account to that agency (ex. gsis). Pero pwede po kayo gawa ng letter to your employer to refund all of the deductions they have done (ex: gsis) since they didn’t remit it to the agency (ex: gsis). If ayaw ng employer mo, you should demand that all deductions from the very start must be remitted to the agency concerned.
If the suggestions above didn’t work. Lastly, you can go to DOLE and file a case against your employer.

Yung contributions nyo po sa old account should be included in your account. Please consult na lang po si pagibig. Right po natin ito, dapat merge po nila yung accounts nyo if ever naging dalawa na po.

August 21, 2013 at 6:16 AM (11 years ago)I don’t know what are the consequences on registering multiple RTNs. But as far as my knowledge is concerned with respect to pagibig MId registration, after having an RTN# and a MID#, those two #s can be used to any company you are about to have a job.
In your case, it depends if all of the RTNs/MIDs that you have are merged in just one account, if so, and you have met the required minimum number of monthly contributions, you can apply for a loan. But, if the MIDs/RTNs that you have didn’t merge and you will consider the latest one, let say that the latest one is just 3 months only, I for sure that you can’t have any loan from pag-ibig.

August 25, 2013 at 6:20 AM (11 years ago)Kapag nagregister po kayo online, the last transaction page is the one to be printed out. But in your case you forgot it, in my own opinion, you don’t need it anymore since you have your RTN#. Since we need the MID#, you should follow the syntax of texting for you to get the MID#. For the meantime, just give your RTN# to your respective accounting officer.

and napansin ko na hindi nga masama mag apply ulit, hindi ka mag kakaroon ng bagong RTN yun parin naooverwrite lang pala š (Galing ng system)

alam nyo pi-nrint ko pa nga ung form na finilapan ko tama naman…tapos kinabukasan inap-date ko kulang kulang…….

By the way, pwede nmn po picturan gamit ang phone eh if talagang hindi alam. Sa form ng RTN, may MID# portion po doon kaya lang blanko pa kasi you need to text your RTN and you’ll get your MID number within 2 days.

Kasi sa form may nakalagay na Submit MDF in two (2) copies and present one valid ID…
So, ang tanong ko PUPUNTA paba ako sa PAG-IBIG to submit these or ok na registration ko through ONLINE at maghintay nalang sa PAG-IBIG # after two days….
Just confuse….Hope someone respond…

I already sent a message but they failed to provide me my MID number. It’s not a real-time resolution or mobile help. It should be polished and improved.

And have not put my sss and tin number.. is it a big deal why i cannot view my registration information though i had put my RTN? can i still update and change them? or rather register new one… please help me..thanks

February 17, 2014 at 10:57 AM (11 years ago)Hi, Inquire lang po,isa po akong OFW, hindi po ako member ng pag ibig pero ung nag bakasyon ako sa pinas last 2012, required po mag contribute sa pag ibig, para maka balik, since isang buwan lang ung bakasyon, ina asikaso ko nung the day before i’ll fly back, ngayon nasa pinas na ulit ako, at na hire locally, tanong ko lang.. nang hingi kac ng MID# ung employer ko d2, kaso d ko makita sa recibo na binayaran ko kong alin don ang RTN.. wala kacng naka saad.. so ginawa ko nag register ako online with new RTN, tama ba ung ginawa ko? at kong ma rereflect ba ung dati kong binayaran sa bago kong RTN#, by the way .. I’ve payed the whole 2 yr contri. since sept.21 2012, ung kac advice ng cashier sakin .. tnx po..

March 18, 2014 at 4:23 PM (11 years ago)The answer to your question is beyond my knowledge. Mas maganda po visit na lang sa office ng pagibig. If you want to loan in a higher amount, mas maganda gamitin yung dating pagibig number pero you need to pay yung contributions mo na hindi mo nabayaran. But if you want to start, then it might be better to register new account. Ewan ko lang po if pwede sa pagibig yung ganun kasi computerized na sila. Mas madali nila madetect kung may double accounts.

August 28, 2014 at 4:29 PM (10 years ago)Baka mali po kasi yung syntax ng pagText. If you have followed the instructions also on this page, you probably receive your mid. But as you have said, maybe you should consult them again and show your printed RTN number. They should assist you because you did already many times the procedure in getting the mid number.

May new employer ako ngayon at sabi sa amin, new member daw ang pipiliin, eh di sinunod ko kasi it’s coming from the HR head.. Tapos cnbi ng father ko, dpat 1 account lang.. Paano yun? Eh di 2 na account ko, may mga previous transactions na ako sa first account ko?

New member ang need ng employer? maybe because new members ay mabagal process ng mga applications to sss, pagibig, etc, thus yung mga deductions sa atin eh pwedeng hindi nila maibayad. ;-(

If you are already using that pagibig number ever since, then your employer can help you with that and also the pagibig branch near you. But, if you have registered it and you never submitted that newly registered number to pagibig, then you can register again following the steps provided here or visit the nearest pagibig branch and ask some help.

I’m really confused in my situation please help me, the second registration contain all the right information.What should I do now? and How can I get my PAGIBIG number. Thank you and God bless.

Do not use a new registration because you might lose your contributions or ended up solving a problem of adding up your old contributions to your new account with no contributions.

April 22, 2017 at 3:25 PM (7 years ago)pls. help, paano po kung nakalimutang ilagay ang phone number sa pag fill up ng form online sa pag ibig. bagkus email ko lng ang nailagay. eh hanggang ngaun po eh hindi ko pa po nakukuha ang rtn para po makakuha ng pag-ibig mid no.
at kung magregister naman po ako..nakanote po na “already exist” na po nakalagay..paano ko kaya makukuha ang rnt? š
